Bring a team. Come home changed.
Organise a team of young adults for a short-term mission to Tirana and Durrës — serve alongside an Albanian-led church and community, and be part of what God is doing at the bridge.
Plan a team →Not a project. A family to belong to.
A team from your church or group spends a week or two in Albania — not as spectators, but shoulder to shoulder with our team: running summer camps, joining the community table, helping in the programmes, and building real friendships across every barrier. You’ll give a lot. You’ll receive more.
What a team gets stuck into
Summer camps
Help run our Faith Adventure camps — games, worship, crafts and care for hundreds of children and families, many of whom have never had a holiday.
Community & church
Join the everyday rhythms of Komuniteti i Besimit — the table, cell gatherings, drop-ins and inclusion clubs — where people belong long before they believe.
Hands-on projects
Lend practical help where it’s needed — from decorating and sorting to serving families in the recovery and skills programmes.
Who it’s for
Teams of young adults, youth groups and churches ready to serve, learn and be stretched. We’ll help you shape a trip that fits your group.
When & how long
Most teams come for one to two weeks, often around our summer camps. We’ll agree dates and a plan with you well ahead of time.
Support all the way
From first enquiry to touchdown, our UK and Albanian teams help with planning, briefing, logistics and pastoral care — you’re never on your own.
Wanting to go deeper than a fortnight? Our UK sister charity At the Bridge runs faith-funded internships — 2–3 week, 6-month and 12-month placements — for young adults discerning a call to mission. Explore internships →
“Break down barriers. Build people up. Bring people together.”
Gather a team, and let’s start the conversation. We’d love to help you build a bridge to Albania.
